By accessing or using the website and services of A & A Screen Printing and Embroidery ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We provide custom screen printing, embroidery, and related apparel services, including but not limited to: t-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, jackets, corporate workwear, event merchandise, and design assistance. Services are provided subject to availability, quoted pricing, and these terms.
Quote requests submitted through our website or other channels are not binding contracts. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (e.g. by email or invoice) and you accept, or when you make a payment pursuant to a confirmed quote. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request or order at our discretion.
A deposit may be required before production begins. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Custom printed and embroidered goods are made to your specifications; once production has begun, orders are generally non-refundable. We will work with you to resolve legitimate quality issues in accordance with our standards.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any logos, artwork, designs, or other materials you submit to us. By submitting such materials, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions. We are not responsible for any infringement arising from content you provide. We may retain copies of artwork and order details for our records and to fulfill the order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services or this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin.
